Welcome to Crossfit Del Sol - the principle strength and conditioning program at Del Sol Martial Arts & Fitness. Crossfit Del Sol offers a broad, general and inclusive fitness that allows a person to move to the top of their game, whether it be in an Iron Man, a 10K, the golf course, or a house with 3 kids. Come get your sweat on, have a blast and get results.
CrossFit is an excellent way to have fun as you challenge yourself, set goals, and reach new levels of fitness. At CrossFit Del Sol all workouts are scaled to your knowledge and abitilty as you gain experience as a CrossFitter. This means that you will only do movements as you progress in your knowledge of them or show the knowledge. When a movement is performed correctly and repeatedly we load it up appropriately as we progress to adding weight . You control the level of intensity that you bring to the workout and forget about the rest. In this way athletes reach their goals in a safe manner in which all levels and individuals can find success.

Fitness and life in general is a pretty personal
thing, with this in mind, at Del Sol we take into account everyone’s
unique capabilities and bring every work out to the client by adapting
it to their knowledge base and fitness/ intensity level.
We firmly believe that everything in life is
a skill, and being such can be learned with the proper instruction,
“Practice”, and most importantly Attitude.
It doesn’t matter how good the coach, teacher,
equipment, program- if the student/client is not committed and
ready to make the change then the sought after results are that
much further away.
However, with steady, deliberate, and supported
steps anyone can achieve that final goal. It is said that, “the
limit of what you can achieve is the limit of what you can endure”
In this case it’s just staying committed to your goals and yourself,
and we’ll help you do it by providing the classes, support, and
environment to make that change.
