Our Martial Arts classes are based on the principles of discipline & hard work, which can be transferred to whatever goals you set. You will increase body awareness, range of motion & relieve stress, while invigorating yourself with a sense of peace.

Our CrossFit classes will take you to peak performance whether it be in an Iron Man, a 10K, the golf course, or a house with 3 kids.

Our Yoga classes combine free flowing movements guided by breathand accompanied by music to invigorate, restore & relax you.

Our Austin Texas cooking classes help arm you with the food knowledge and cooking skills to keep yourself at an optimum level of health, well being, and performance. From beginner to advanced students welcome.

Private or semi-private sessions also available. Whatever your fitness level or experience have fun gain strength lose weight & GET RESULTS!

   

Martial Arts
At Del Sol Martial Arts & Fitness, in Austin Texas, we use both the Martial and Healing arts to help our students face the challenges of everyday life.  Through our Kung Fu program our students get advanced self defense training, forms training, weapons training, Iron Body training (conditioning the limbs to be hard like iron), Lion Dancing, Chin Na ( joint locking), and meditation.

Our students also gain mental and emotional strength along with strength of character in a way that only the martial arts can provide.  Students gain the warrior spirit of never giving up, courage, integrity, self reliance, patience, compassion and leadership.  These are things that often get lost in team sports like soccer, baseball, basketball, and football.  Many parents find that when their children do martial arts all aspects of their lives are changed and begin to get better.  These differences become very clear when you see your child is stretching further than the other kids, is faster and more agile, has more stamina and focus, and knows to treat all people with respect.



CrossFit

Here at Crossfit Del Sol we use constantly varied functional movements to help you get into the best shape of your life.  Functional movements, movements taken from your everyday life, are great to train because the strength, speed, coordination, agility, endurance, -everything- is immediately transferrable to your everyday life.  You’ll lose weight if your overweight and gain it if you’re under.  Fitness such as this is the kind many military, special forces, police, firefighters, moms, dads, grandmas, you name it benefit from everyday.

Yoga
The yoga practiced at Del Sol is Vinyasa Flow.  This is a dynamic style of yoga that uses the breath to link your movements and build the body up from the inside out.  Allowing one to investigate the mind body connection, this moving meditation is truly unique in its ability to help people grow into a better relationship with themselves and from there give that positivity and understanding back to those around them.  It's the perfect fix when life gets hectic within our work and family environments, or for simply giving back to yourself by building yourself up through the practice.  Either way it's a journey that is both challenging and rewarding, a path where you will find self discovery and purpose.

Our Yoga for Kids class is a fun loving nurturing class that allows your child to explore movement by observing and mimicking the world around them through yoga poses.  Your child may take an imaginary trip through the jungle, journey to the bottom of the ocean, or surf the perfect wave.  Whatever the case may be they will learn to love the journey and find meaning in their everyday experiences.
